Most Instagrammable places

In the era of social media, I guess the article about most Instagrammable places would be pretty much appreciated among the majority of readers. Myself when I plan a travel or my next destinations,
We are already in 2019 so it is the perfect moment to do the 2018 review before the fashion months starts. There will be too much other material later and I like to start a year remembering how it went
For those of you that don’t know, Farfetch is one of the biggest online stores, with more than a 300 visionary boutiques. It is a place where I really love spending time and checking out all the new IT items I would love to have in my wardrobe. When I got this opportunity to visit their headquarters, my head was so over the clouds and I was the happiest person ever! The new headquarters are situated at The Bower on the Old Street roundabout in Shoreditch, east London. Expanding on 36.000 sq ft, this fabulous location and place was voted the 2nd best office in the world, and that is no strange to me: a very chic and fancy interior show off the cool atmosphere of this fashion destination.
This season I teamed up with them and some other bloggers in order to show the IT bags of the season. In order to keep it simple, but very fashionable and classy, I opted for this Versace Palazzo Empire mini bag. I really love when I get a bit differentiated from the crowd, so this bag, besides its very simple and straight shapes, is not to be seen very often around the cities. Besides the bag choice, the black colour seemed like the right choice too: suitable for all the periods during the year, it never gets old and it will never go out of style.

First and foremost, the most important thing that happened to me in 2016 is that officially I am no longer a student. After years of hard work, long night studies, passed and failed exams, many new international friends and hangout dinners, the end has arrived to this life path. I have mentioned to you so many times, but the period at Bocconi was actually the best one of my life and the one I am the most proud of! Bocconi has offered me so many things, opened to me so many doors, prepared me to face the professional path and taught me that success depends solely on ourselves. If you ate thinking of maybe going to this university but have some doubts, it is highly recommended to any of you that are interested in business, finance and economics.
The graduation was an important step for me as it finally gave me the freedom to decide which way to go. After a long period of thinking, I have decided to give a chance to my dream and be my own boss, meaning to become a full time blogger. I am very passionate about my own time, how to organise it, and I like having the freedom of movement. For now, it is working quite fine even though I face many difficulties day by day. This doesn’t mean it was a bad decision, it just means that everything is going as it should. Every start is hard, and when it is not, well something is wrong for sure.
This decision led to many other changes. The one that is very important is the very new website that is available to you from October. I was working on it for some time and inserted some new categories that might be interesting for many of you. Besides the fashion style section, you can now find articles about beauty, travel, lifestyle, and inspiration. The latest category showed to be the most interesting one for many of you so I will make sure to write more in this section.
Becoming a full time blogger isn’t just about taking pictures. Actually, it is pretty much quite the opposite. Yes, doing some serious photoshoots of high quality is a very important part of this job, but what’s behind it counts much more, and that is the part that you guys don’t see much. Networking, contact with people, creation of good and interesting content, gaining of new skills are just some of the parts that I always have too keep pace with. Since I have put an accent on all those things, many new doors were opened to me. In 2016 I started working with many new brands: Asos, Woolwich, Parajumpers, Atos Lombardini, Burberry Beauty, Rituals Cosmetics, Furla, Storets, but the one I am the most proud of is the work with Christian Louboutin. It is actually the biggest dream come true that makes all the effort worth the sacrifice!
Having said that this job is not just about taking the pictures, it is also a lot about travel. I have always been a person on the move and that I have learnt from my parents. Since I was small, they were always taking me and my brother everywhere around Europe, to show us that being open is a great virtue and that opens many doors. I am just continuing that now, and in 2016 I have travelled a lot, especially to new places I have never been: Lisbon, Porto, Madrid, Copenhagen, Munich, Sorrento, and most importantly, New York. It was the city I have always dreamed about visiting and it was finally possible during the summer holidays.
September was the first month I attended three fashion weeks (London, Milan and Paris) and I was really happy about this experience. It was very hectic and not easy, but it was definitely worth it: I have met so many new interesting people from the industry, I have learnt so many new things that were new small steps into making this job reality. In a month I am planning to do all 4 fashion weeks, so make sure you follow me along! 🙂
For me it is important to mention also that all this would not be possible without the support of my family, my mum and dad who have always believed in me and told me that hard work always pays off, without my brother who is there to tease me every once in a while but at the end go the day he is there for me no matter what, and without my dear friends who help me get through the day when everything seems to be falling apart!
Happy New Year! <3
If you are looking for a princess romantic places, with all the pastel details, a lot of fruit and sugar cupcakes, cakes to dream about and interior design that makes you wanna go to Disneyland, than Peggy Porschen Cakes is the right place for you! I was passing by this place and once I saw it I though I was in some princess movie. Every time I go back to London I stop by to have a cup of coffee and also my favourite cupcake. When I attended London Fashion Week, Peggy Porschen Cakes did a catering service for the Aspinal of London presentation. Turned out to be my favourite event of all fashion weeks, go figure.
Other place that I love going back to when I am in London is a Farm Girl Caffe, a small hidden place in Portobello Road, in Notting Hill and a few steps away from those cute coloured houses that we are all going crazy for! Thanks to Instagram and my consistent search for nice caffees, I have found this place and went to discover it in person the day after. A great choice of brunch meals such as avocado toast, omlettes, pancakes, salads, cereals, granola, cafes and sweets is something that you can find on the menu. I love going when the weather is nice as sitting outside is something I could be doing for hours. What is also important for me, is that the place is really “photogenic” so my Instagram is always refreshing when I go back there. The adorable dog on my caffe latte is just the cutest thing ever, almost felt sorry for drinking that at the end.
